云南省重点产业自主创新能力评价

The Appraisal of the Independent Innovative Capability of Yunnan Province’s Key Industries

摘要：一个国家或地区的重点产业自主创新能力对其整体的经济发展具有重要的作用,拥有持续的创新能力成为其在竞争中取得优势的关键因素。本文运用灰色关联理论对云南省7个重点产业的自主创新能力进行评价,分析出云南省重点产业总体创新能力较弱,在创新过程中存在R&D经费投入不足等问题,并提出加大R&D经费投入、强化人才队伍建设等改进建议。

Summary: The independent innovative capability of a nation or a region’s key industries performs an important function to its whole economic development. To have a sustaining innovative capability becomes a key factor to gain advantages in a competition. This text adopts gray relevance theories to evaluate the independent innovative capability of the 7 key industries of Yunnan province. Then reveal that the total innovative capability of Yunnan province’s key industries is weaker and there exist some problems which are a short of the expenditure on research and development, etc in the innovative process and bring forth some improvable suggestions, like enlarging the expenditure on research and development and building up the ranks of talented people etc.
